BlackBerry Storm will not ring problem and fix. sometimes when you recieve calls, your BlackBerry Storm will not ring and only vibrate. firstly, you should ensure BlackBerry Storm sound profile is not set to “Silent”. You can do this by selecting the “Sound Profile” and ensure that the “Do Not Disturb” option is not enabled. go to Sound Profile > Select Advanced > Select the profile (for example “Normal”) > Select Phone > Do Not Disturb should be set to “No”. if it can’t work. you should check does your external speaker work or do you use it in speaker phone mode? if no, you can try to pull out BlackBerry Storm battery. Turn your BlackBerry Storm on, remove the battery for 30 seconds, then put it back in. it will works now. if it doesn’t work, you would contact your service support
