Deleting Facebook application from BlackBerry Storm 9500 completely. usually you can delete facebook application on your BlackBerry Storm from options>advanced options>Applications>  it will list an application list,  select facebook then press menu button and delete it. It will ask for a reboot select yes or it wont delete till you reboot it.

if you can not find facebook application icon on the application  list. you can go to BlackBerry desktop manager and select the application loader icon, it will bring up the application loader wizard (make sure your BlackBerry Storm 9500  is connected),  it will bring up a list of applications find facebook and check the box next to it and finish the wizard. That should delete facebook application.

or you can use the  third way to delete facebook application from your BlackBerry storm 9500 ,  Options > Advanced > Service Book > FACEBOOK > press Menu Key (BB logo) > Delete
