how to hide videos on BlackBerry Storm 9530/9500. if you like to protect some private videos, you should hide them on your BlackBerry Storm 9530 or 9500. it will protect these videos from deleting by users. you can choose Hide option within BlackBerry Storm Media Center > Explore and choose the vidoes you want to hide > hide .

if you choose the media icon from your BlackBerry Storm main menu > media icon > tap Blackberry Menu button, it would only hide the Media Center icon. it will not hide videos on your BlackBerry Storm 9530 or 9500.

you can also create a new folder within the BlackBerry Storm video folder and Move your videos into that folder. then you can rename the new folder by adding any character to the extension, or removing the “.” before the extension or the extension altogether, then the BlackBerry Storm media player can’t determine what the file type is, it wont show up in your video listing. if you want to watch these videos, rename it correctly and watch away.
