How to reinstall BlackBerry Storm messenger. when you uninstall the messenger app on your BlackBerry storm 9500, and try to reinstall it, sometimes, when you clicked on blackberry messenger link and tried to download it, it said “sorry, your wireless service provider does not allow access to blackberry messenger for your device.”  then you should reinstall BlackBerry messenger on Storm with latest Blackberry desktop software.  you can connect your BlackBerry Storm 9500 to your pc with the USB cable.  then start the desktop manager , from application loader > find Blackberry Messenger application> checked and hit next> then it will finish installation. if you still can’t  reinstall the messenger, then you should completely restore your BlackBerry storm 9500 with desktop manager.
