How to retrieve voicemail messages on BlackBerry Tour 9630. You can retrieve your voicemail messages directly from your Blackberry Tour 9630 or from any other touch-tone phone.

Using your BlackBerry Tour 9630 to access your voicemail messages:

From the BlackBerry Tour phone screen, press the Menu key and then click Call Voice Mail (Your BlackBerry Tour will dial your voicemail box). If prompted, enter the passcode to access your voicemail.

Using another phone to access your Sprint voicemail messages:
1. Dial your wireless phone number.
2. When your voicemail answers, press the Asterisk key.
3. Enter you voicemail passcode to access your voicemail.
