Normally I need to close outlook for this to occur. and there is a option I can alter on BlackBerry Storm to automatically receive mail from Outlook while it is still opened. This is a setting in the BlackBerry Storm Desktop Manager. You are on a “BES” (work) service. Under Email Settings, there should be a check box that IS checked that says something like “Turn off message redirection while my device is connected to my computer”. Uncheck that option.

Or just make sure that your Outlook app. Leaves a copy of the emal on the server. It should then be available to your BlackBerry Storm phone.
